Nothing intrigues me more than designing something from my imagination and having it function exactly how I intended in real life. I chose Additive Manufacturing as my primary career in 2011 after realizing my natural passion for it. Since then I've accumulated 11 years of experience designing parts, printing parts, measuring parts, repairing printers, calibrating printers, and teaching how to use printers. I work with DMLS, L-BPF, MJF, SLA & FDM. I can also program a Zeiss Contura G2 CMM for quality engineering purposes too. I have training in each of these and can teach anyone to professionally prepare, and 3D print parts with any of these technologies with individual techniques for each from start to finish. I've printed benchmarks for Disney, Hasbro, Nike Golf, Cobra Golf, GE, and many more well-known companies I cannot mention. Within these 11 years, I've become very proficient using Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, Materialise Magics, nTopology, and Calypso. It is my natural habitat to be surrounded by Additive Manufacturing equipment and having a list of things that need to be created within a specific time frame, and tolerance. I can oversee the entire creation of a new part from concept to a finished accurate functional reality with full documentation. My dream job is to be a Lead Additive Manufacturing Engineer for any type of AM company, design software company, sports equipment company, toy company, video game studio, or entertainment studio.
